I have been online since 1997; I think it is safe to say that I quite like the Internet. I have worked in many different capacities over the years ranging from SEO to content management to front end web development to technical project management. I currently work as a Senior Solutions Manager which involves solutions architecture, so there’s yet another item for my list!

As well as the Internet I also enjoy athletics, rugby and squash. I have an rather strange obsession with the history of my old school (Worksop College) and I’d like to think I am the most knowledgeable person on the subject…in the whole world.

Education-wise I studied geography (the science version) at Aberystwyth from 2001-2005. I started a part-time MSc in Information Systems at Kingston University in 2011 which I hope to finish at some point. I am planning on completing my dissertation on the subject of usability and the title will be something along the lines of: The little things that make the big difference – the link between good usability and sales.
